Breakfast and After School Club
Our breakfast runs every day from 8.00am until the start of school, term time only. Charges are £2 if your child just attends, £2.50 if they have breakfast. A range of healthy options is available, fruit juice, cereal, toast, etc. Please ask at the School Office for a booking form or download one from the website, all bookings and payments must be made in advance.
Our after school club runs every day from 3.05p.m. to 6.00p.m., term time only. Please complete the booking form to reserve a place for your child, spaces are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis.
On arrival at Splash your child will be given a snack, after which there is a full range of activities throughout the week.
The fees are as follows
Full Session £8.50 per day
Hourly Rate £3.00 per hour
From September, all bookings and payments must be made in advance otherwise your child will not be able to attend, booking forms are available from the Reception Office or can be downloaded from the website.
If a child is not collected on time, this will incur a charge of £5 for every 15 minutes over the booked collection time. Children booked for the whole session MUST be collected promptly at 6p.m., if a child is not collected by 6.15p.m. we will have no option but to refer the matter to the police in accordance with ESCC guidelines.

Please make sure that the credit clearly states your child’s name and the provision you are paying for.
After payment has been sent please can you email the Extended Schools Supervisor on email@example.com with the following information:
- Your child’s name
- The provision you have paid for
- The amount you have sent and the date sent
- The dates that the payments represent
We are also able to accept debit/credit card payments for Extended Schools, School Trips and Nursery Fees. Please note however, there will be an additional charge made by PayPal for this service as follows:
- Payments made by card in person at the school or nursery will incur a 2.75% charge in addition to your bill.
- Payments made via telephone will incur a 3.4% + 20p charge in addition to your bill. Please contact the school finance office to make a payment via telephone.
Once your payment has been authorised you will be emailed a receipt directly from PayPal. If you have any further questions please contact our Finance team for more details.
