Are you a passionate individual looking to make a difference to vulnerable young people’s lives? If the answer is yes, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Designated Safeguarding Lead to join our dedicated leadership team at St Paul’s CE Academy.
We are a vibrant, inclusive church school, who are part of the Diocese of Chichester Academy Trust, educating approximately 700 children in the Hastings area. The successful candidate will lead on all aspects of safeguarding across the academy and ideally will have held a safeguarding management position before.
The role is for a fixed term, one year secondment cover starting as soon as possible. You will be expected to work Monday – Friday, 34 hours per week, term-time only and will be paid on the East Sussex Single Status pay scale, Grade 10, £29,594-£31,968 per annum, pro-rata (actual salary, £23,886 per annum).
