Examples of Age Related Writing - Year 1
An example of writing in Year 1 at the 'Expected Standard'. The child has written a brief recount of the Year 1 trip to Mallydams Wood.
Mallydams Wood is a well established wildlife rehabilitation centre, education centre and woodland nature reserve in the South East of England, covering Kent, Sussex and Hampshire. Year 1 go on a trip to Mallydams and get great enjoyment from writing about their experience!
