St Paul's CE Academy are looking to recruit a Qualified Nursery Practitioner Level 2/3 to join our friendly team in our modern purpose built nursery. This position is Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, term time only from September 2023.

Previous experience working in a nursery is desirable and it would be beneficial to have experience of being a key-person to a group of children as well as working as part of a busy nursery environment. However we would welcome applications from college students reaching the end of their childcare course.

Our nursery is open plan and has a focus on teaching our 2-4 year olds in open-ended curious ways, which develop their resilience and builds their confidence. We encourage children to be free to explore in all things messy as we believe children learn best when they are having fun.

The role is for 30 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks per year), Monday - Friday, 9.00a.m. - 3.00p.m. You will be paid on the Single Status pay scale, Grade 3, sp7 £20,812 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £14,514 per annum).
