Term 5
Welcome to Year 1 - the teachers are excited about another fun filled year of learning including topics such as Space, Pirates and the Seaside.
This term we have lots of exciting activities planned including a visit from The Hobgoblins Theatre Company for our Fairy-tale day. Our topic focus this Term is Growing Things.
Please ensure that your child brings their reading book and reading record every day and encourage your child to read and record at least 3 times a week at home. Please remind your children to practice their phonics sounds which can be found on the middle page of their reading record.
