Lettings
Here at St Paul's we have facilities that are available to hire outside of school hours.
We have The Deck which is a Performing Arts/Dance Studio which can hold up to 60 people. This sits in a stand alone building from the school, called The Harbour, but within the premises. Ideal for dance, yoga, keep fit classes, quiz night etc. There are toilets and a small kitchen area available to use as well as tables and chairs for any functions.

The Pier is a smaller function room ideal for meetings and small groups, with a table and chairs, sofas and a small kitchen area.

All are available to hire as a one-off let or on an on-going basis.
Our Letting Fees for internal spaces are
£15 per hour for Educational and Community use or £30 per hour for Commercial use.
Our Letting Fees for External spaces are
£10 per hour for Educational and Community use or £17.50 per hour for Commercial use. £40 per half day for Educational and Community use or £60 per half day for Commercial use.
£60 per whole day for Educational and Community use or £100 per whole day for Commercial use.
Discounts are available for multiple or larger bookings.
We also offer school holiday club letting opportunities
Community Use – Non-profit making organisations e.g. Scouts, Cubs, Brownies.
Commercial Use – Profit making lets.
