Afterschool Clubs

At St Paul's, we are proud to offer a range of after-school clubs throughout the academic year.

To ensure that these opportunities are accessible to all pupils, we invite parents and carers to complete an expression of interest form when a club is advertised. This allows us to gauge demand and allocate places fairly.

After the registration period has closed, places are allocated by considering factors such as pupils' participation in previous clubs, helping to ensure that as many children as possible have the opportunity to take part. The number of places available is determined by the nature of the activity and the level of adult supervision required. Most clubs are limited to approximately 15 pupils.

Parents and carers of successful applicants will be notified by email. To confirm and secure a place, consent and payment must then be completed through Arbor. Unfortunately, we are unable to reserve places without both consent and payment being received.

LUNCHTIME CLUBS 

At St Paul's we are proud to be able to offer Lunchtime Clubs, throughout the school year.

Before the start of Lunchtime all Children are made aware of the clubs taking place that day for their year group. The Children are aware that the spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis.
