Key Person System
About Our Key Person System
At St Paul’s CE Academy Nursery we operate a key person system where practitioners are linked in pairs to ensure our children get the best quality care.
Each child has a Key Person. The key person will be there to support, care, observe and monitor their key children’s progress.
Each practitioner builds up positive relationships to support both the child and their family, from settling-in to regular parent consultations and advice. There is always a friendly welcome and support given every step of their journey.
Families stay in regular contact with their key person via our 'Class Dojo' app.
